This page explains how to delete your Eclipse Direct account and the data associated with it. Eclipse Direct is a direct-to-fan music platform available on the App Store, Google Play, and at eclipsedirect.app. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or request deletion by email if you can no longer sign in.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Eclipse Direct app:
Deletion is immediate and permanent. Once your account is deleted it cannot be recovered, and you would need to create a new account to use Eclipse Direct again.
If you no longer have access to the app or cannot sign in, email us from the email address on your account and we will delete it for you:

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove the personal data and content tied to it, including:
